All CLT parking facilities are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The facilities are well-lit and patrolled regularly. Additionally, all CLT parking facilities include handicap-accessible parking spaces with accessible shuttles running continuously.

Emergency call stations are being phased in all CLT parking facilities. The Airport's Hourly Deck now has call stations located at each point of entry and exit. These call stations, colored in bright blue with a corresponding blue light over each, allow anyone to call for help during an emergency situation.

Passengers can be picked up and dropped off along the terminal’s curbside, however, vehicles cannot be left unattended. Curbside parking is not allowed and unattended vehicles may be towed. This includes all lanes on the Ticketing and Baggage Claim levels. Visitors wanting to pick up or drop off family or friends in the terminal are encouraged to park in the Hourly Deck. The Hourly Deck is within walking distance to the terminal and the first hour is free.

There are many ways to pay for parking services at CLT. Aside from pre-paid membership contracts that operate on a voucher system, we accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit and debit cards for your convenience. To speed up your parking transactions in the Hourly Deck, there are Pay&Go stations to complete these transactions.

CLT offers a range of automotive services to travelers if they are in need of an exigent automotive repair. These services include adding air to or replacing a flat tire, providing an electrical jump start to a vehicle, or assisting in a minor repair to a disabled vehicle.

A traveler can also preschedule a NC state inspection for their vehicle while they are away traveling, or a traveler is able to get their vehicle cleaned at a car wash facility upon retrun to CLT.

Our airport has many flexible options for parking. As parking services are dispensed on a first come basis, travelers are encouraged to consider pre-paid membership arrangements during peak parking times.

As changes in parking capacity occur on a daily basis, travelers are updated on availability in the various facilities via display signs installed on airport roadways and through the airport's timely digital notification system.
